Billing Questions
For unlimited members, late cancels (within 12 hours) incur a $15 fee. For pack holders, you lose the class credit. We appreciate early cancellations to allow waitlisted members to join.
Yes! Unlimited members can freeze their membership for a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 4 weeks per calendar year at no extra cost. Just email us.
Yes. The 10 Class Pack expires 6 months from the date of first use. The Intro Offer expires 14 days after your first booking.
Unlimited memberships are non-transferable. However, 10 Class Packs can be shared with one other person (perfect for partners or friends).
