Tone & Lengthen
Dynamic full-body workout utilizing spring-based resistance. Focus on core stability, alignment, and slow-twitch muscle endurance.
What A Session Feels Like
Reformer Pilates is the backbone of the Drivox method. Spring-loaded resistance lets you load a movement without loading your joints, which is why it works equally well for a first-timer and for an athlete in a deload week.
Every class moves through a full-body sequence: footwork, core, upper body, and a long, deliberate stretch to finish. Instructors cue tempo rather than reps, so the work stays honest and the shake arrives on schedule.

Grip Socks Required
- Sticky socks keep you anchored on the carriage. Buy a pair at reception if you forget yours.
Arrive 10 Minutes Early
- First-timers get a short setup walkthrough so the springs and footbar are dialled in before class.
Hydrate Beforehand
- Low impact does not mean low effort. Come hydrated and bring a bottle — refills are on us.
How The Hour Unfolds
Arrival & Settle
Lights drop, the playlist starts, and your instructor walks the room to check setups and introduce first-timers.
Build
Movement patterns are layered slowly. Range before load, technique before tempo — this is where the session is won.
Peak
The hardest block of the class. Heart rate climbs, the room gets loud, and the work becomes genuinely uncomfortable.
Release
A long, deliberate down-regulation. Stretching, breathwork, and a cold towel to close the loop.
