Build Muscle

Functional strength training using dumbbells, kettlebells, and bodyweight. Focus on compound lifts and progressive overload.

The Experience

What A Session Feels Like

Strength Camp is the only class on the timetable built around progressive overload. Sessions open with a compound lift, move into accessory work, and close with a short conditioning finisher.

Coaches cap the group so every lift gets eyes on it. Beginners start with the bodyweight progression and move to load when the pattern is clean.

01

Track Your Loads

  • Coaches log your working weights so the next block starts where the last ended.
02

Trainers, Not Grip Socks

  • Flat-soled shoes give you the base you need under a loaded hinge.
03

Progressive By Design

  • Blocks run for four weeks. Turning up consistently is the whole programme.
The Arc

How The Hour Unfolds

0 – 5 Min

Arrival & Settle

Lights drop, the playlist starts, and your instructor walks the room to check setups and introduce first-timers.

5 – 20 Min

Build

Movement patterns are layered slowly. Range before load, technique before tempo — this is where the session is won.

20 – 40 Min

Peak

The hardest block of the class. Heart rate climbs, the room gets loud, and the work becomes genuinely uncomfortable.

40 – 50 Min

Release

A long, deliberate down-regulation. Stretching, breathwork, and a cold towel to close the loop.
