Posture & Define

Ballet-inspired conditioning. Tiny movements, high reps, and a massive burn. Targets stabilizing muscles you didn't know you had.

The Experience

What A Session Feels Like

Sculpt Barre borrows its vocabulary from ballet conditioning and its intensity from strength training. Small ranges, high repetitions, and very little rest.

The class runs in blocks — thighs, seat, core, arms — each ending in a stretch that undoes exactly what you just did.

01

Grip Socks Required

  • Same rule as Reformer — grip socks keep you stable through the standing work.
02

Light Weights, Long Sets

  • One to three kilos is plenty. The volume does the work, not the load.
03

Embrace The Shake

  • The tremor is the point. It means the stabilisers have taken over.
The Arc

How The Hour Unfolds

0 – 5 Min

Arrival & Settle

Lights drop, the playlist starts, and your instructor walks the room to check setups and introduce first-timers.

5 – 20 Min

Build

Movement patterns are layered slowly. Range before load, technique before tempo — this is where the session is won.

20 – 40 Min

Peak

The hardest block of the class. Heart rate climbs, the room gets loud, and the work becomes genuinely uncomfortable.

40 – 50 Min

Release

A long, deliberate down-regulation. Stretching, breathwork, and a cold towel to close the loop.
