Tone & Lengthen
High-intensity cardio where boxing meets the beat. Combines bag work with floor drills for maximum calorie burn and stress relief.
What A Session Feels Like
Rhythm Boxing pairs technical bag work with conditioning intervals on the floor. Three rounds on the bag, one round of strength, repeat — the structure is simple so you can spend your attention on output.
No sparring, no contact, no experience required. Instructors break each combination down before the round starts and correct form on the move.

Wraps Are Provided
- Fresh wraps at the door, and gloves in every size on the rack beside the bags.
Built Around The Playlist
- Combinations are choreographed to the track. You will find the timing within the first round.
Bring A Towel
- This is the sweatiest hour on the timetable. Towel service is included.
How The Hour Unfolds
Arrival & Settle
Lights drop, the playlist starts, and your instructor walks the room to check setups and introduce first-timers.
Build
Movement patterns are layered slowly. Range before load, technique before tempo — this is where the session is won.
Peak
The hardest block of the class. Heart rate climbs, the room gets loud, and the work becomes genuinely uncomfortable.
Release
A long, deliberate down-regulation. Stretching, breathwork, and a cold towel to close the loop.
