Mobility & Zen
A slow-paced session focusing on myofascial release, deep stretching, and guided breathwork. Essential for injury prevention.
What A Session Feels Like
Recovery & Breath is the counterweight to the rest of the timetable. Forty-five minutes of myofascial release, long passive holds, and guided breathwork.
It is the class members skip first and regret skipping most. Treat it as training, not as a day off.

Everything Is Provided
- Rollers, balls, bolsters and blankets are set out before you arrive.
Book It After A Hard Week
- Most members pair this with two or three high-intensity classes.
Lights Stay Low
- The room runs dark and quiet from the first minute to the last.
How The Hour Unfolds
Arrival & Settle
Lights drop, the playlist starts, and your instructor walks the room to check setups and introduce first-timers.
Build
Movement patterns are layered slowly. Range before load, technique before tempo — this is where the session is won.
Peak
The hardest block of the class. Heart rate climbs, the room gets loud, and the work becomes genuinely uncomfortable.
Release
A long, deliberate down-regulation. Stretching, breathwork, and a cold towel to close the loop.
