Detox & Stretch
Vinyasa flow in an infrared-heated room. Heat penetrates deep tissues for detoxification and increased flexibility.
What A Session Feels Like
Infrared panels warm the body directly rather than heating the air, so the room feels clear instead of heavy. Deep tissue loosens faster and the flow can move further into hip and shoulder range.
Sequences follow a vinyasa structure with long holds at the peak. Expect to sweat within the first five minutes and to leave considerably taller than you arrived.

Mat And Towel
- Bring a mat or rent one at reception. A towel over the mat is strongly advised.
Eat Light
- Leave two hours between a full meal and the heated room.
Cold Towels To Finish
- Every class ends with a chilled eucalyptus towel. It is the best part.
How The Hour Unfolds
Arrival & Settle
Lights drop, the playlist starts, and your instructor walks the room to check setups and introduce first-timers.
Build
Movement patterns are layered slowly. Range before load, technique before tempo — this is where the session is won.
Peak
The hardest block of the class. Heart rate climbs, the room gets loud, and the work becomes genuinely uncomfortable.
Release
A long, deliberate down-regulation. Stretching, breathwork, and a cold towel to close the loop.
